If this sounds like you then we have a quick little tutorial for you.
- If you are a Campus Testing Coordinator, don’t hesitate to contact your District Testing Coordinator and they can reset your password for you, anytime!
- If you are District Testing Coordinator, navigate to the TestHound Application via the website in your browser.
- Select Forgot my Password
- Enter your email, validate you are not a robot and click submit
- Answer your security question(s) then click submit
- Once you receive an email confirmation, click the link in the email instructions:
- Proceed to update your security questions then click Confirm Security Questions
- The user will then be prompted to create a new password. *Passwords require a minimum of 8 characters with one non-alphanumeric character.
- Select Forgot my Password
WARNING: For security purposes, any user who attempts to log in to TestHound unsuccessfully, three times in a row, will have his/her account locked. A locked account must be unlocked and/or reset by a district user. TestHound personnel will only reset passwords for the DTC.
